Everything begins with the mind and heart. This 4-module course teaches you foundational techniques for how to quiet your mind, so you can stop overthinking and focus on what really matters to you. Learn what mindfulness is and what meditation is. Take away proven methods to help you pause, reduce stress, find calm and feel happier.

The course is designed so that you complete one module per week for 4 weeks total and finish in one month. In between each module, I invite you to practice micro-breaks at least five days per week, by listening to a 2, 5, 10 or 15 minute guided meditation. After your meditation, pause, breathe and journal about your experience.

Journal in a downloadable workbook provided here, or, keep notes in your smartphone. There’s no ‘wrong’ way for you to keep your notes, but this inner work—if only for a few minutes a day—boosts your progress. Alternatively, share insights or questions in the 'members only' FB group and tag me if you want a response.

If you prefer to meditate with a group, join me and meditate together in the FB group. I offer short meditations on select weekdays for 5 to 15 minutes. The recordings remain on the group feed.

When does the course start and finish?
Upon purchase, you will get access to Module 0 and 1. Each module is designed to be completed in one week. The entire course is finished in 30 days. It's a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start. Ideally you will begin soon and finish it in one month. However, you can take up to one year and return to the content over time.
How long do I have access to the course?
This course is designed to be completed in 30 days. I care about your results. I want you to complete this course quickly and get the outcomes that you want. At the same time, we understand that life happens. You will have access for up to 12-months from the date of enrollment. The reason you do not have 'lifetime access' is that having no deadline actually encourages never finishing the course. I care that you make this goal of yours a reality. I am giving you more than enough time to implement this in light of life's uncertainties, but am closing this container to make sure you actually do this. I know you've got this.
